Is this retreat right for you?
Many of our guests come to us because they feel tired, stressed, bloated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from healthy routines.
You may be craving a reset, but finding it hard to do alone at home. Work, family life, screens, food habits and everyday stress can make it difficult to truly switch off.
Here, everything is taken care of. You can rest, drink your juices, move gently, spend time in nature and let yourself be supported.
This retreat is especially suited to you if you want to:
- take a proper break from everyday stress
- feel lighter, calmer and more focused
- reset your relationship with food and routine
- experience a juice cleanse with guidance and support
- spend time in a peaceful countryside setting
- come alone and feel welcomed into a small, friendly group
Why come on a retreat rather than cleansing at home?
A cleanse at home can be difficult when normal life carries on around you. You may still be working, cooking for others, answering messages, or surrounded by the same habits you’re trying to step away from.
On retreat, you have the space, structure and support to fully commit.

During your stay, Jenette and the team are there to guide you through the retreat, answer questions, offer reassurance and help you understand what your body may need as you rest, cleanse and reconnect with yourself.
For guests who would like deeper personal guidance, Jenette also offers optional detox consultations during the retreat.
