We will only be collecting and using your personal data to deliver our products and services and provide you with any communications that you elect to receive. What data do we collect and what for
We collect personal data in a number of places on this website to execute our services and also stay in touch with our clients.
Contact Form - Our contact form asks for your name, address and phone number so we can contact you and reply to your enquiry
Email News - Our email marketing system allows you to opt-in to receive selected news and offers. This has a link in every email that lets you unsubscribe and manage your profile. You will not be automatically subscribed to this database from using our services. You will need to consciously log your details and reply to our double opt-in email to confirm acceptance
Booking System - We ask for personal details when you book onto one of our retreats. Your name address, email, and phone number will be collected and stored to allow us to contact you through the service process. Records of this are stored for the purposes of financial record keeping. A list of treatments requested along with other details of the stay are also stored for treatment history purposes. We do not collect your payment details, this is done through a secure third part database such as PayPal or WorldPay. You need to provide these personal details as part of your contract with The Juice Retreat.
Chat Application - The data that is entered is not stored on any system. We may use your phone number to contact you directly if you ask for this.
Performance Analytics - We may run analytics systems on our website to help us improve our services. Whilst this uses tracking cookie technology, no personal identifying data is collected. This is an anonymised service.
What data is stored and where
Contact Form - No data is stored. The personal data is sent over a secure link via email.
Email News - The data is stored on the secure MailChimp servers, which have various locations globally.
Booking System - This data is on our secure servers for a short period to allow us to deliver your service.
Payment Data - This is stored on secure payment systems run by PayPal or WorldPay. We do not store your payment details in any form.
What data is processed
Contact Form - This data is only emailed directly to a contact at The Juice Retreat. This data is not processed further
Email News - The data is processed by MailChimp in order to send bulk email news and offers as requested. You can access a preference centre whereby you can elect to unsubscribe from this database should you no longer wish to receive communications from us.
Booking System - No processing of data is done by this system. We simply store your personal data in order to deliver our service. There will be a series of emails which are sent to you on the build up to your retreat which are the normal transaction based emails.
Data sharing
We will not pass on or sell your details to any third party for marketing purposes
We work with trusted third party partners to deliver our retreats. We will share the relevant personal details with these third parties in order to deliver service. Contact details such as phone, email and address are not normally shared in order to deliver our service.
You will be asked to enter your payment data into a secure payment platform as part of our secure checkout process. You will be sharing with a secure payment provider.
As far as we know, MailChimp, Google and PayPal are all secure and comply to GDPR laws in the EU.
Your Rights
You have the right to request what personal data we may have stored for you. You may also request that we amend or delete this data as required.
