Bookings
When you book your retreat with The Cotswolds Juice Retreat you are agreeing to our terms and conditions set out below.
On booking a 50% none refundable deposit is payable. Booking and payment can be made via the website with payment by PayPal or credit/debit card, or via phone/e-mail with payment made by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
The remaining full balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the retreat, payable by PayPal, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
The full balance will be payable if the retreat is booked within 4 weeks of the start date.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel please let us know as soon as possible. All deposits are none refundable
We are able to refund 50% of the total cost, if more than 4 weeks' notice is given to allow us to rebook your place.
With all cancelations made within 4 weeks of the start of the retreat, the full cost is none refundable.
If you are unable to attend you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place with no additional cost. We do recommend that you take out travel/holiday insurance when booking to cover any eventuality.
Medical Disclaimer
The Cotswolds Juice Retreat is not a medical facility and is only a guide for your own cleansing process. If you have a medical condition then it's best to consult with your doctor. We will ask you to complete a confidential medical questionnaire on arrival, in which you must be honest about any pre-existing medical conditions.
The juice fasting experience is about taking responsibility for your own health, and if you are unsure about any of the treatments or services then please do not take part. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you release The Cotswolds Juice Retreat from any and all responsibility and liability for injury, loss and damage from our juice detox programme or treatments.
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept pregnant women on the juice detox programme.
Inappropriate Behaviour and Conduct
Any guest that is found to be:-
- Smoking anywhere within the cottage
- Consuming or concealing food or alcohol in their bedroom
- Actively ignoring safety/health guidelines
- Abusing or misusing of any property or its contents
will be asked to leave with immediate effect, and no refund of the retreat or additional treatment costs will be forthcoming.
Unforeseen Circumstances/Adverse Weather Conditions
In the unfortunate event that The Cotswolds Juice Retreat is forced to cancel any juice retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to give the you as much prior notice as possible.
In adverse weather conditions, cancellation will be determined by The Cotswolds Juice Retreat based on the local weather and the effects on transport links.
In the case of the above situation occurring, the Cotswolds Juice Retreat cannot be held responsible for any expenditure already incurred for travel to or from The Cotswolds Juice Retreat. We highly recommend that you take out the appropriate Insurance to cover travel costs in the event of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation by The Cotswolds Juice Retreat, you may either transfer your booking to the next suitable date, or we will reimburse the full amount paid.
Breakages and Damage
Any breakages or damage to any fixtures or fittings on the premises will be charged with immediate effect. Damages discovered after check out will be charged to your credit/debit card held on file.
Under no circumstances must hair dye, bleach or tanning products be used in the bathrooms or bedrooms.

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
Collection of Personal Information
When visiting thejuiceretreat.co.uk the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyse trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use. Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Collection & Storage of Your Financial Detials
We do NOT store any of your financial details (credit or debit card numbers) when payments are processed online, face to face or over the phone by PayPal .
